Mario Stadium is a website designed to give you the best information on the Mario Kart series. I consistantly receive emails asking the same questions over and over again. To prevent these questions from being asked I've created this page for your purpose.

If you have a question that hasn't been answered here, just contact me or PM me on the forums. If you ask a question that hasn't been answered and is likely to be asked by other people, it will be added to this list.

Q: Who are you?

A: I'm J. "Goombastic" Alexander and live in the United Kingdom. I'm currently studying Computer Games Programming. I was introduced to the world of gaming by my brother and was also introduced to the Mario Kart series by my brother. I am very interested in website design, graphics design, art and computer programming

Q: Where can I buy the games?

A: If you can't find the classic Mario Kart games at your local market or pre-owned game retailers, then I would recommend visiting the best online service: eBay. There are other online websites which also sell these games online. It is always best to search around the most famous search engine: Google.

Q: Can you play Mario Kart games on your PC?

A: Yes you can. You can do so by using Emulators and ROMs. However, Nintendo has stated that downloading ROMs are illegal. Even if you own the game you can not download and play the ROM. Many websites misleads users into making them believe that you can download them as long as you delete them within 24 hours. This is incorrect, as Nintendo have released information relating to ROMS and copyright infringement on their website.

Q: How did you create this website?

A: This website was coded using Notepad++. The graphics were created using Adobe Photoshop. The website uses a combination of HTML, CSS and PHP. The CSS designs the page layout and the PHP is used to structure the organisation of the website. If you have any questions about website design, do not hesitate to contact me.

Q: What is Wi-Fi?

A: In terms of computer gaming, Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) allows gamers to connect online wirelessly and play against other online players. For example, Mario Kart DS uses WiFi to allow Internet users around the globe to play each other.

In order to play Mario Kart DS you need an Internet connection and a wireless internet connection that is compatible with the Nintendo DS. More information about this is provided in our Wi-Fi Guide.

Q: How do I affiliate?

A: Please be aware that not all affiliation requests will be accepted. I already have quite a long affiliates list. Your website must be gaming related and must have a good supply of content, be updated frequently and have a nice design. If you think that I will affiliate, please contact me.
